In recent days, Iraqi forces have liberated a number of regions east of Ramadi, where they've begun defusing thousands of bombs planted by Daesh terrorists to hamper their advance in the western Anbar province. At the same time, the government has deployed thousands of additional troops to Makhmour, east of Mosul, ahead of a decisive battle to finally liberate the city which fell to Daesh in the summer of 2014.
