South Korea vows strong measures against North

South Korean President Park Geun-hye says a new approach is needed to derail the North’s nuclear weapons program. In her address to the parliament, she said that South Koreans have over the years become numb to threats from North Korea. Park called for a more aggressive response against Pyongyang which argues its nuclear program is for self-defense. From Seoul, Press TV’s Frank Smith explains.
