The top American general in Iraq has warned the government in Baghdad about the potential collapse of the Mosul Dam. Despite admitting the problem, Iraqi officials say the collapse isn't as imminent as some are implying. From Baghdad, our correspondent Altaf Ahmed has more about the case of Mosul Dam.
