Venezuela, Colombia border talks fail

Venezuela and Colombia have held talks on reestablishing free access to their border. But differences remain over security issues and the punishment of Colombian paramilitary groups as well as illegal activities. Caracas says the border will stay locked until Bogota guarantees security. Press TV correspondent Jesus Silva has a report from Caracas.
