ISIL uses banned chemicals against Kurdish Peshmerga fighters

Peshmerga forces in Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdistan region have confirmed that samples taken from victims of an ISIL attack on the region prove that the terrorist group has used internationally-banned mustard gas. The chemical attack took place in Makhmur, southwest of Erbil last week. Our correspondent Ali Musawi has more.
