Britain is facing a national housing emergency with an annual shortfall of 130-thousand homes. Now, a salary of a staggering 77-thousand pounds is required for Londoners to own a home. Campaigners are calling on the government to do more to ensure the country won’t become a playground for the wealthy, with the poor driven to the very furthest corners.
