Los Angeles County leaders vote to raise minimum wage

Los Angeles County leaders have made history by voting in favor of the minimum wage hike for workers. The vote follows a report that showed nearly 30 percent of L-A county’s population lives in poverty, despite being the most populous county in the United States.
