US, Israel, biggest purveyors of gun violence: Activist

Press TV has conducted an interview with Chris Dorsey, a US civil rights activist in Richmond, about American activists holding a demonstration in Washington DC, to push for an end to an upward trend in gun violence.

The following is a rough transcription of the interview.

Press TV: Mr. Dorsey, despite the upward trend in gun violence, why hasn’t there been any major changes in gun laws?

Dorsey: Well I am glad that the question is posed in that way. There is only one gun law and that is in this document and that is the law that is the Second Amendment to the constitution and it says that ‘a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed’.

Now that is the only thing that is deemed necessary in this which is the law of the land. So that is the only gun law. Anything that prohibits or in any way infringes on the people to keep and bear arms, that is a violation of the law and I am totally against gun violence and gun violence goes down when the people are armed.

So I think that the biggest purveyors of gun violence is the United States military, the Israeli military and yes under the law they must be disarmed and the police kill American civilians on the street at a higher rate than any other criminal gang that is out there. They are the worse criminal gang and it goes back to what your previous guest Kevin Barrett was talking about and that is the government and the institutions that control the government which is the UN and NATO acting on behalf of the Zionist international banking cartel headed by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), works to disarm the American people and a disarmed population equals slavery.

Anyone who is disarmed in this society is a slave to those who are armed and the police in the United States are unlawful standing army and that violates Article 1 Section 13 of which says a standing army in time of peace is dangerous to liberty and that is what we have. We have criminal standing armies but it is not a problem with the people having guns, it is a problem with criminal thugs running the streets and running the government.       

Press TV: And where does this gun violence stem from? Does it have its roots in politics, business or culture?

Dorsey: Well the gun violence as we said and as Press TV reported that there were 400 police shooting unarmed civilians just last year and many more died in their hands and other ways and that is just what has been reported.

So if the government is doing it and the United States military and the institutions that control the Federal Reserve Bank, the United States Defense Department are slaughtering women and children in foreign countries it seems that that is the first place to look as far as guilty parties go. And we move further as part of the militia to say the military under the law needs to start disarming itself because not only does it prohibit a standing army in Article 1 Section 13 of Virginia Constitution, Article 1 Section A of the US Constitution says that the Congress must always declare war not only that, that a standing army can only last for two years. So that makes everything that the United States Defense Department does unconstitutional and on top of that it is funded by a private central bank which is also prohibited in Article 1 Section A of the Constitution.

And basically what we are saying is of course there is gun violence out there because everything that stems out of the institutions that control the government, ... I mentioned the Bank for International Settlements, Rothschild, Warburg, Oppenheimer, Lizards, etc, Rockefeller families, it is all fraud. It is all a criminal fraud and we demand these folks stand trial for treason. If one is a high-ranking government official that only means that they are taking orders from the United Nations and NATO especially if they are in United States military. That is treason.

If someone serves in the banking industry, they are taking orders and they are taking their finances from a foreign bank in Switzerland and they are signing away all of their authority to privately owned banks. That is treason under Article 1 Section A and under Article 3 Section 3 of the United States Constitution.

We confront these folks and we take them to court. Only problem there is that the court system is a hundred percent fraudulent.
