Press TV has conducted an interview with Mahmoud Nawajaa, general coordinator with the BDS movement from Ramallah, to discuss a law approved by an Israeli court that allows Tel Aviv to confiscate abandoned Palestinian-owned homes in East al-Quds (Jerusalem).

Nawajaa believes this law is the continuation of Israel’s colonization policies and it is aimed at ethnic cleansing of the population who lives in the occupied territories of Palestine. He also says it is one of the most important elements of the apartheid regime imposed on the Palestinian people by Israel.

The activist urges the world to further support the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement in order to put more pressure on Israel to comply with international law and to stop the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people.
