Saeed Shehabi, with the Bahrain Freedom Movement from London, was interviewed by Press TV on the situation of prisons in Bahrain.

Shehabi believes there is a serious human rights crisis in the jails, adding that the world is just looking at the “grim” situation of these prisons without taking any appropriate action. He further states that the United States and Britain can pressure the Al Khalifa regime to stop its ongoing oppression against the people, but they have unfortunately decided not to take action in support of the human rights of the Bahrainis and “this is a tragedy.”
