The International Forum for Justice in Palestine has kicked off in the Lebanese Capital Beirut with some 350 Arab and international figures from 30 countries.Former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark told Press TV that the International criminal court can help in achieving legal justice that the Palestinians have been seeking for years:

On the 1st of coming April 2015 Palestine will be a full member of the International criminal Court and the authority of the court will be extended to Palestine. Some of those who attended the forum stressed that the attorney general of the criminal court has already begun a preliminary investigation of the war crimes that were committed by Israel.

Meanwhile, the Arab International Center for Communication and Solidarity has called for the gathering to discuss ways to achieve justice in Palestine to confront Israel’s apartheid system and its crimes against humanity.

The International Forum for Justice in Palestine has outlined that hundreds of instances of human rights violation take place every day in Palestine, and have been part of the Israeli policies over the past 60 years. The case against Israel is clear cut, but dragging Israel to the International Court of Justice has faced continuous opposition from the United States.
