Press TV has conducted an interview with Steven Justino, practicing attorney from Denver, to discuss the issue of the large prison population in United States.

Justino says privatized prisons are one of the biggest problems in the United States, adding that it accounts for a large number of people in prisons because these private prisons have contracts with the government whereby they are guaranteed to have a certain number of their prison beds filled.
