'Helma' becomes symbol of resilience after act of aggression on Tabriz

Nearly six months after a deadly US-Israeli attack on a residential building in the northwestern Iranian city of Tabriz, one family's story now centers on its youngest member.
Helma was only 18 months old when she was pulled alive from the rubble after her parents, brother and sister were killed, leaving her the sole survivor of her immediate family. During her trip to Tabriz, Gisoo Misha Ahmadi visited Helma and the relatives who are now raising her:
