Since October 7, Israeli businesses have experienced significant downturns, facing a workforce shortage that has led to them bringing in workers from countries like Thailand.

By November of the last year, nearly half a million Israelis had left the occupied Palestinian territories, and that number has continued to rise. Additionally, military actions by Hezbollah have triggered a new wave of reverse immigration from the territories. Yemen has exacerbated the situation for the regime by cutting off its crucial supply shipments.
