US-Israeli genocide in Gaza
It’s day 190 of the US-Israeli war on the Gaza Strip. The Tel Aviv regime has launched new attacks on the territory, leaving more death and destruction. The latest airstrikes targeted Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. Israeli warplanes also destroyed a mosque in the city of Deir al-Balah and damaged nearby houses. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, 52 people were killed and scores of others were wounded on Saturday alone. Nearly 33,700 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since Israel began its genocidal war on October 7. Over 13,000 people are also missing.
London pro-Palestine protest
In London, people have once again hit the streets to slam Israel’s atrocities in Gaza and call for an immediate halt to its genocidal onslaught against Palestinians. The protesters also condemned the UK government’s support for Israel.
Seizure of Israeli-linked ship
The Naval Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, IRGC, has seized a cargo ship with ties to the Israeli regime. The vessel was intercepted in the Persian Gulf waters on Saturday. The Portugal-flagged ship called MSC Aries is reportedly linked to the London-based Zodiac Maritime Company, which is owned by an Israeli billionaire. MSC says there were 25 crew members on board a container ship captured by the Islamic Republic. The ship has been transferred to Iran’s territorial waters. In an instant reaction to the seizure of the vessel, the Israeli military said Tehran will bear the consequences for "choosing to escalate the situation any further."
