At the US-Mexico border

This week we talk about something that happened once upon a time in Mexico. In fact it's not once upon a time. It's now! Yes! It's said that recently, the king of Pulp Fiction, Quentin Tarantino's jaw reportedly dropped as he realized that some scenes of his films were being reconstructed for real at the US-Mexico border with no investment, no producers, no special effects; all live and raw.

The reason Tarantino was so amazed is because a bunch self-styled saddled-up desperadoes did all this high chaparral stuff for a fraction the cost of one of a single Tarantino film. Yes, about 14,000 Haitians who has fled from poverty and political chaos to seek safe haven in the US were welcomed by these extras from some budget spaghetti western for free and violently as those good old cowboys on horses showed them what the wild west is all about….
