U.S. says all options on table on North Korea

The US secretary of state says all options are on the table regarding Washington's policy toward North Korea. Rex Tillerson, who is on an official visit to South Korea, has also defended the deployment of a controversial US missile system, known as THAAD, in the East Asian country.
