Armenian Diocese of Tehran calls for civic responsibility in upcoming elections

The Armenian Diocese of Tehran has called upon Iranian Armenians in the capital to fulfill what it calls their civil duties towards the Islamic Republic of Iran by showing a strong presence at the polls in Friday's elections. In a press conference at the Saint Sarkis Cathedral, Armenian archbishop of Tehran Sebouh Sarkissian told reporters that Armenians are eager to help their country’s progress through voting.
