Voting has concluded in Iraq's parliamentary elections and the electronic counting of ballots is now underway.
According to the electoral commission, voter turnout reached nearly 24 percent. This could mark one of the highest turnouts in recent elections. More than 20 million eligible Iraqis were called to the polls to pick a new 329-member parliament. Leila Hatoum, editor-in-chief, MENA Uncensored, from Beirut, and Firas al-Najim, human rights activist from Toronto, are tonight's guests.
