Former Italian ambassador slams E3's push to re-impose UN sanctions on Iran

Former Italian ambassador Marco Carnelos has expressed strong criticism at E3's decision to trigger a mechanism to re-impose sanctions on Tehran over its nuclear program.
He argues that the move is totally misguided and dangerous and that European countries have completely lost their capacity to help solve international controversies.
