South Koreans protest unequal US alliance on Armistice

South Koreans have staged a protest outside the US Embassy on the 72nd anniversary of the Korean Armistice Agreement.
On July 27, 1953, the Korean War came to an end, but the protesters say the war has not ended, as the country’s alliance with the US is turning into nuclear cooperation to counter China.
They also demanded the suspension of the upcoming joint US-South Korea military drills.
