Bangladesh rescue workers found the bodies of four missing crew of a dredger boat, taking the death toll from Cyclone Sitrang to 28 as millions remained without power, officials said Wednesday.

At least 16 people have died after a cyclone struck Bangladesh’s southern coast on Tuesday, razing down properties, snapping communications and power links, and forcing the evacuation of about a million people.
