Ukrainian refugees in search of safe homes in the United Kingdom are at risk of sexual exploitation by British men, according to a new report.

Russia says it will “radically” reduce military activity around the Ukrainian capital of Kiev and the northern city of Chernihiv, in what is described as the most tangible sign of progress toward a peace deal aimed at ending a military offensive in the former Soviet state.

Russia says up to 180 “foreign mercenaries” were killed in an attack it conducted against the Yavoriv training facility in western Ukraine.

“I don't want to believe it, and I do not believe it,” Foreign Minister Lavrov said.
