President Rosen Plevneliev and his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani discussed the establishment of a rail link from Iran to Europe through Bulgaria in their meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

Iranian President Rouhani, Russian President Putin, and Azeri President Aliyev will meet shortly in tripartite talks in Baku.
