Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has hailed the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signed with the United States as a “historic document” and a demonstration of Iran’s strength on the world stage.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that the nation will defend its independence and territorial integrity despite mounting threats and pressure amid US-Israeli aggression.

The president’s remarks came shortly after Donald Trump told reporters at the White House that the United States would attack Iran “very hard” if no peace deal is finalized.

President Masoud Pezeshkian has said that expanding cooperation with Muslim and neighboring countries across all fields remains Tehran's steadfast policy, as the Islamic Republic continues to face military aggression from the United States and Israel.

President Pezeshkian thanked Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali al-Sistani for his support of the Islamic Republic and the victims of the recent US-Israeli aggression.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that colonialism and exploitation will have no place in the world of tomorrow.

President Pezeshkian has praised Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei’s humility, sincerity, and respectful approach, urging national cohesion and trust modeled on the Leader’s ethical leadership.
