IAEA verifies non-diversion of Iran's declared nuclear activities
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency has once again verified the non-diversion of Iran’s declared nuclear activities from their peaceful nature. Yukia Amano made the announcement on the opening day of a four-day meeting of IAEA board of governors in the Austrian city of Vienna. But Amano said the agency cannot provide credible assurance about what he called the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities in Iran. Amano also called for access to all relevant information, documents, sites and personnel in order to resolve all outstanding issues.
