Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, whose media team was denied visas in the so-called land of a free press, gave a speech at the United Nations General Assembly backed by seven months of history-shattering success on the battlefield, but also seven months of openness to a true, lasting diplomatic solution.

Almost two-thirds of Americans, or 64%, concede that after seven months of intense conflict, the U.S. is not winning the war on Iran.

Many are wondering, what happened to America's vaunted military and all those tax dollars that went to support it at the expense of the social safety net?

 I mean, it's kind of obvious that the United States is way out on the limb.  I mean, I don't even understand, to be honest with you, I'm a little astonished that they could not have enough equipment.

I mean, they spent 30 trillion dollars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and they should have this stuff. 

If they don't have this stuff, why the hell did they go to war? 

That's the biggest, biggest fraud I've ever heard of.

And who are the people that have been selling us these million, millions and millions of dollars worth of military equipment that apparently isn't there when you need it?

I mean, we're in September, this started in February, and the administration started with ‘it's something casual, nothing serious’. 

 And look at this; it's eight months now almost.

Yeah, I am very surprised that we are here. I didn't expect Congress to authorize and let so much damage get done.  I did not.

I thought they were going to overwrite this president, but they didn't.
