United States Representative Rashida Tlaib has reiterated that America’s complicity in the Israeli regime’s genocide of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip must stop.
The Congress lawmaker called on the US government on Sunday to end its “complicity” in the Israeli forces’ terror and aggression across Palestinian land following reports of an attack on a preschool facility.
“The genocide is still happening. There was never a ceasefire,” the Democratic congresswoman representing the US state of Michigan wrote on X.
Tlaib pointed out that minors continue to bear the brunt of trauma inflicted by Israeli terror attacks and raids, adding that children are “being killed with American-made bombs, and those that live are traumatized forever.”
Tlaib said the Trump administration “must end its complicity in these atrocious acts of ethnic cleansing.”
The US lawmaker’s posting came alongside a video showing the brutal Israeli forces staging a raid on a Gaza kindergarten, forcing some 200 terrorized children to be trapped inside the building, which was under live gunfire.
The United States government, led by Republican President Donald Trump, is supplying arms and ammunition and giving all-out support to the Apartheid Zionist regime to carry out its expansionist scheme in West Asia.
Since the Israeli regime launched its genocidal war on Gaza, more than 73,000 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children.
In addition, some 174,000 others have been injured, and about 90 percent of the buildings, including essential infrastructure, have been leveled to the ground in Israeli strikes with weapons and munitions largely supplied by the United States.
The Israeli violations of a Trump-brokered ceasefire since October 2025 have killed more than 1,300 Palestinians, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
