Demonstrators burnt a poster of US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday outside the US Consulate General in Istanbul, during a rally in support of the Iranian people, amid recent tensions between the United States and Iran.

The Turkish protesters carried Iranian flags and pictures of Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Khamenei. They were also seen carrying pictures of Islamic resistance leaders.

The participants condemned the acts of terrorism orchestrated by Washington and Tel Aviv in Iran last month. They also voiced support for the Iranian nation in the face of recent US military threats.
