Thousands of people have taken to the streets of Central London to mark the International Day of Solidarity with Palestinians, recognized by the United Nations in 1977.
The demonstrators marched to 10 Downing Street, denouncing the British government for continued complicity in the ongoing Israeli atrocities against Palestinians.
