Bristol university appeals court ruling after dismissing academic for anti-Zionist views

A British university is appealing a landmark tribunal ruling in favor of former sociology professor David Miller.

The earlier decision found that his anti-Zionist views are protected under UK equality law, a judgment hailed by some as a victory for academic freedom.

Saeed Pourreza is outside the Employment Appeal Tribunal in London as the case gets underway.
