Third Eurasian security conference kicks off in Minsk

The Belarussian capital, Minsk, is hosting the third Eurasian Security Conference that kicked off Tuesday.
The two-day event brings together foreign ministers, experts, and security analysts from dozens of countries. They discuss a new security framework for Europe and Asia at a time when the established global governance structure and conflict resolution mechanisms have failed.
