An international human rights organization reveals that Israel is deliberately undermining public order as well as the security and justice system in Gaza, as part of its genocidal war on the Palestinian territory.

According to a report by the Euro-Med, Israel is spreading chaos and insecurity through the breakdown of the existing systems in Gaza.

The NGO said the regime’s moves have led to the rise of armed groups, with masked individuals carrying out coordinated attacks against civilians.

The Euro-med added that the Israeli military allows organized gangs to enter areas under its control to steal humanitarian aid.

The Euro-Med noted that the moves are in blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the fundamental rights of people in the blockaded territory.

The Geneva-based organization called for exerting more pressure on the Tel Aviv regime to put an end to its attacks against the justice and law enforcement systems in Gaza.

Meanwhile, on Sunday the eighth baby died from hypothermia in the besieged Gaza Strip where the Israeli regime is pressing ahead with a full-scale extermination and ethnic cleansing campaign against Palestinians.

Ali Youssef Ahmed Kloub, whose home was a tent on a beach, was the latest infant to die from the cold in recent days across the besieged Palestinian region.

The mother of Youssef has talked about her suffering and harsh conditions in light of the severe cold wave that befell her family members.

She said her family lacked the necessities of life, forcing her to borrow “bedding and covers” from some of the displaced people who themselves were even desperately attempting to protect their children from the harsh cold.

“I am the mother of Yousef. I lost him,” the infant’s mother told Qatar’s Al Jazeera news channel on Monday morning.

“He died because of the very cold weather. He slept next to me and in the morning, I found him frozen and dead. I don’t know what to say,” she said.

“No one can feel my misery. No one in the world can understand our catastrophic situation. Yousef was fine. He was born healthy… I lost Yousef forever.”

Several children have died from hypothermia so far this winter after being displaced by Israel’s campaign of death and destruction in Gaza, health officials have said.

Thousands of displaced Palestinians have moved to Al-Mawasi in search of refuge, living for months in makeshift tents made of cloth and nylon. Al-Mawasi, a coastal region west of Rafah, previously designated by Israel as a “humanitarian area,” has repeatedly come under Israeli attacks.

At least 45,800 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed and 109,000 others wounded since the war began on October 7, 2023.
