To the NBA and Western Conference Leaders, the Utah Jazz have stretched their winning run to 8 matches after beating the Chicago Bulls 113 to 106 at home.
The hosts took the opener by a single point, and won the next quarter 32 to 24, which led to their 58 to 49 advantage at the intermission. The Jazz remained consistent after the break and widened the gap to 15 points after grabbing the 3rd quarter with a 6-point margin.
However, the visitors were not giving up and snatched the final quarter 33 to 25, but the deficit was too large to overcome and they eventually lost the game.
With the victory, the Jazz bagged their 37th victory of the season and will host the Orlando Magic on Saturday, whereas the Bulls will entertain Eastern Conference Leaders the Brooklyn Nets on the same day.
Elsewhere, the Milwaukee Bucks recorded a dominant 127-109 win over the Portland Trail Blazers away from home.
