When former US President Donald Trump pulled out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, it also withdrew from any right of comment as to the ongoing agreement, meaning that in order for the US to reconsider joining the accord, it must abide by the terms and conditions of the original plan, and respect the wishes of the incumbent members.
Yet with Donald Trump now out of the picture, current US President, Joe Biden has expressed an interest in rejoining the JCPOA, as demonstrated by his selection of advisors and foreign policy chiefs.
However, Iran has warned the 46th president of the United States that the time frame for having the right to rejoin the table is fast running out as the window of opportunity tightens on the US.
