About one hundred hot air balloons in different shapes, including SpongeBob and famous Mexican cartoons, lift off during the International Balloon Festival in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato, before the eyes of only a few hundred on-site spectators, rather than the usual half a million, as the rest watch the event online amid measures to stem the Covid-19 outbreak.
