Looking over the World Rally Championship, Sebastien Ogier has rocketed into an early lead at Rally Mexico.
The Toyota driver, who's won the title 6 times over the past 7 years, grabbed the top spot with a 9.7 second lead over Finland's Teemu Suninen. Thierry Neuville came in 3rd only half a second behind.
Esapekka Lappi finished 4th, 16.6 seconds off the lead and Elfyn Evans rounded off the top 5, just 2.5 seconds further back from Lappi. Mexico, which is the 3rd race on the calendar, runs until Sunday despite coronavirus fears.
