North Korea’s Ambassador to the United Nations has lashed out at the US for seizing one of its cargo vessels in Indonesia May 9th, the same day Pyongyang tested 2 short range missiles. Pyongyang argues the move is illegal, and demanded the ship’s return. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
