UN report warns world hunger levels are on the rise

Five UN agencies launched the latest edition of The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World report in Rome. The study has found that the number of hungry people is again on the rise worldwide after over a decade of decline and that climate variability and extremes, conflict and economic slowdown were among the main drivers.
