Turkey has voiced its concerns over raising Kurdish flag over government buildings in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk. Turkish President Rejep Tayyip Erdogan has threatened to break ties with Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdistan region if the flag is not removed.
