Turkey, Russia sign MOU on anti-terror ops in Syria

Turkey and Russia have signed a memorandum of understanding to coordinate air operations against terror targets in Syria. The agreement comes amid Ankara’s criticism of Washington over what it describes as lack of support for Turkey’s anti-terror operations in northern Syria. This report by Press TV’s Verenia Keet in Istanbul tries to examine whether Turkey is shifting its strategic alliances.
