Hammond rejects idea of sending combat troops to Libya

Britain has been asked to support the fight against Daesh in Libya this week. However, the British foreign secretary has ruled out sending any combat troops to the region. Analysts believe this shows the British government is thinking twice after its previous military incursions into the Arab world ended in failure. Mohamed Walji has more:
