Displaced Sunni Iraqis flee violence in Ramadi

Displaced Sunni Iraqis, who fled the violence in the Iraqi city of Ramadi, arrive at the outskirts of Baghdad, on April 19, 2015. More than 90,000 people have fled fighting between pro-government forces and the ISIL militants in the Ramadi area of Iraq's Anbar province, according to the United Nations.
